Many Cancun hotel has an disabled room,
but a normal price. I booked through internet. So I stayed at a
normal room. No problem. Large enough bathroom. Non-step. Accessible
to pool, but many stairs to sea. No ramp to sea. It is not good.

around hotel. But no accessible to pool and sea. Many stairs there.
Not accessible water resort. We should enjoy a island tour and
snorkeling. Large room and bathroom. Non step.

Booking by
net. No cancel special price without breakfast. Resort hotel opened
many many years ago. So the accessibility was not good. Many steep
ramps. Only 1 accessible room (#233). No shower chair and small
bathroom of the accessible room. Difficult to walk outside hotel
because of bad road condition. Many activity (whale watching,
dolphin swim, etc). Taxi price for foreign tourists was not cheep.
May be good for family to stay here. I came alone. Rainy weather.
Not so much fan.
